Our Client Brand Design Process

One of the most common questions that I get asked from my potential clients and friends is how your design process works. So, I decided to write this blog and walk you through everything step by step.

1- Inquiry form / discovery call

When I receive an inquiry form in my inbox, I'll contact you by email and we'll set up a schedule for a free 30 minutes discovery call that we can talk about everything like your business, our process and answering any questions.

2- Proposal / Contract

After our call, I'll send you a proposal that describe everything like our timeline / our packages and prices. If we decide on your ideal package, I'll send you a contract and invoice (50% of the final cost is due upfront). Once your invoice is paid, you’ll officially be booked on my design calendar.

3- Questionnaire

The Next step is client homework. I share an interactive PDF questionnaire with you that has to be completed before the start dates which asks about your business and your goals, ideal client info, your inspiration, etc.

4- Creative Direction

I'll start reading your questionnaire and research about your business. Gather all pics and inspiration in my Pinterest board. This visual direction help me to ensure that I'm on the same page with my client, It also plays a huge role for the choice of typography, colors, mood and elements used in brand development. I’ll offer two concepts for the visual direction and color palettes.

5- Design & Collateral

Once the strategy approved, I start brainstorming and sketching. I usually give 3 concepts to my clients and they have 3 rounded revisions.

During this stage, we also finalize submarks, logo variations, icons, colors, fonts and any patterns for the branding.

When the branding has been finalized, it’s time for the collateral! Collateral can include business cards, stationery, newsletter design, templates, social media graphics, and more.

6- Launch

The time when I’d send over all of the final files, along with a Brand Guidelines with all information about your brand. We finished all the steps and now it's time to deliver all the files (Png, pdf, svg, JPG and...) and you can celebrate and share it everywhere.
